Explanation Text - How Coagulation of Blood Occurs

  How Coagulation of Blood Occurs

When you cut your finger, your blood will spurt from your skin, and minutes later it is stopped by itself even without you bandage your wound.  This process is what we called coagulation. Coagulation is a process in which blood changes from liquid into gel. It stops the bleeding.
The process is rather complicated, it is all done by thrombosis with the help of enzym trombyne. When your skin open, Thrombosis will gather into the wound. Later Thrombosis is broke and spills the trombokinase/tromboplastin. Trombokinase will turn prothrombin into thrombin. Prothrombin is globulyn enzym which is producted by liver, with the help of vitamin K and is catalyzed by ion calcium . Then thrombin will turn fibrinogen into fibrin which will ‘knit’ fibers to clot the open wound. Your bleeding is stopped and your death is delayed.
